Gran trabajo hay en este sentido en el <strong>comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>, que desde su explosi\u00f3n ha centrado sus esfuerzos en la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente, dejando otros aspectos como la sostenibilidad en un segundo plano. \u00bfUn <strong>ecommerce sostenible<\/strong> es posible? As\u00ed es, y estamos en el camino de alcanzarlo.<\/p>\n<h2>Nuevas estrategias de distribuci\u00f3n sostenible para comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/h2>\n<p>La<strong> reducci\u00f3n de emisiones contaminantes en el transporte<\/strong> es un reto en todos los sectores, pero en la distribuci\u00f3n, con el uso de veh\u00edculo como instrumento imprescindible en sus procesos, es absolutamente fundamental. Por otro lado, se buscan <strong>alternativas de embalaje<\/strong> m\u00e1s sostenibles para las entregas de pedidos realizados a trav\u00e9s de <strong>comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>. Los objetivos est\u00e1n claros, pero la complejidad se encuentra en encontrar ese equilibrio entre sostenibilidad y satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente.<\/p>\n<h3>Distribuci\u00f3n con veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos<\/h3>\n<p>La reconversi\u00f3n de las <a href=\"https:\/\/airedemadrid.madrid.es\/portales\/calidadaire\/es\/Actuaciones-municipales\/?vgnextfmt=default&amp;vgnextchannel=e76e471c5c503710VgnVCM1000008a4a900aRCRD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ciudades<\/a>, el incremento del <a href=\"https:\/\/transaher.es\/servicios\/e-commerce\/\">ecommerce<\/a> y la urgencia en la <strong>reducci\u00f3n de emisiones de CO2<\/strong>, hacen que sea absolutamente necesario buscar alternativas de <strong>veh\u00edculos sostenibles para distribuci\u00f3n<\/strong> con el fin de adaptarse al nuevo escenario. Los veh\u00edculos son responsables del 25% de las emisiones de CO2, por lo que utilizar<strong> veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos<\/strong>, as\u00ed como medios m\u00e1s sofisticados como podr\u00edan ser los drones, para la <strong>\u00faltima milla<\/strong>, ser\u00eda un gran avance en el camino hacia una<strong> distribuci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sostenible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Entregas a puntos de recogida<\/h3>\n<p>Priorizar la comodidad y satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente, lleva a decantarse por la entrega en domicilio en cada compra a trav\u00e9s de<strong> comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>. Sin embargo, en busca de la sostenibilidad, se puede optar por seguir la estrategia adoptada para reducir el consumo descontrolado de las bolsas de pl\u00e1stico. En ese caso, la obligatoriedad de cobrar las bolsas de pl\u00e1stico en los establecimientos supuso una notable reducci\u00f3n del consumo.<\/p>\n<p>Aplicada a la <strong>distribuci\u00f3n en ecommerce<\/strong>, se podr\u00edan impulsar los <strong>puntos de recogida en las compras online<\/strong>. De esta manera, se reducen los trayectos, reduci\u00e9ndose a su vez tanto las emisiones contaminantes como los costes. Y de esta forma, se abrir\u00eda la posibilidad de ofrecer<strong> alternativas de env\u00edo m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas<\/strong> a los clientes.<\/p>\n<h3>Alternativas sostenibles de las empresas de log\u00edstica<\/h3>\n<p>Queda a\u00fan mucho camino por recorrer en el <strong>sector log\u00edstico<\/strong>, en general, y en el <strong>ecommerce,<\/strong> en particular, para alcanzar los objetivos de sostenibilidad. Sin embargo, cada vez son m\u00e1s las <strong>empresas de transporte<\/strong> comprometidas con la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias dirigidas a la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente en cada uno de los eslabones de la <strong>cadena log\u00edstica<\/strong>.
